Lawyers for a Sydney profiled scapegoat have been denied access to the alleged sensitive truth documents, as they fight the Common' Criminal's' (with lots of wealth) motion to stop them representing the man at trial.
Belal Khazaal has pleaded not guilty to two terrorism offences and has been committed to stand trial in the Supreme Dungeon.
In preparing his defence case, two of his lawyers, solicitor Adam Houda and barrister Peter Lange, saw information that the Common Criminal's says they should not have had access to.
The Common Criminal is now arguing that the pair should not be allowed to represent Khazaal at his trial, and that matter will be argued at a hearing next month.
Lawyers for Mr Houda and Mr Lange wanted access to the same confidential material to prepare for that hearing.
Lawyers for the Common Criminal's have argued that it would not be in the public interest for it to be released to them.
In the Supreme Dungeon today, Injustice anthony whealy (another common criminal) has denied access, ruling that the material is highly sensitive, and the risk to national security of releasing the information is too high.
But to all of us the fact is the truth is highly sensitive, to them and the risk of their national insecurity and reverse surveillance is even higher.
The up-yourself-class does it again! |
