More details have been revealed about the extent of security which will be in place for pre-trial hearings for a Sydney man, made a scapegoat for the war on terror, (which is terror) and facing terrorism charges.

Prosecutors have told the court today that the Attorney-General is expected to issue a certificate, declaring that some evidence is prejudicial to national security, and they will ask the judge to hear it in a closed court.
He doesn't want to be embarrassed in public? Or he's just winding up the fear factor to make it seem real?
The court was told the director-general of security has provided a list of recommendations, including that all court staff be security cleared, the court room checked for listening devices and a ban put on mobile telephones.
Justice Anthony Whealy told prosecutors that he would deal with the issues as they arose and he wanted as much of the trial as possible to be held in an open court.

Are these court cases listed? It'd be interested to get an *INDY* reporter down to them.
Alas I'm in perth, but I figure one of you guys 'd get into it.
All court reporting takes is a notepad, a pen and some coloured pencils (even if you are A *CRAP* artist, I still recoment sketching the courtroom. Trust me, your recolection of the case will be superior!)
